Bulk carrier collided with a fishing vessel some 27 nm E of Naozhou island, NE of Hainan, en route from Zhanjiang, Guangdong province, South China to Zhangjiagang, Yangtze river. One fisherman was taken to hospital with serious injuried while another fell overboard but was rescued and was safe. An investigation was on, so FRONTIER YOUTH was anchored near collision site and allowed to sail after 2 days.
