Vessel was struck by fastcat ferry M V ST JHUDIEL in Cebu waters near Cebu-Mactan bridge. She was carrying 17 vehicles and some 20 passengers, drivers and cargo movers. Collision, reportedly, was caused by ferry steering and engine failure. 30 to 35 passengers sustained injuries and 13 of them had to be taken to hospital.
