The Vessel’s Approved Line Drawing Did Not Have Either Of These Ball Valves Installed. These Manually Operated Ball Valves Could Be Used To Trap Clean Water Within The Content Meter. In Addition, The Vessel’s Ocm’s Desiccant Was Exhausted, Potentially Impacting The Optical Sensor From Operating Correctly.
