Fishing vessel was struck by a tanker 85 nm NW of Scarborough Shoal, South China sea. Vessel sank and of the 13 fishermen on board, 3 died and 10 were rescued. According to the fishermen's description the vessel that struck them could be crude oil tanker PACIFIC ANNA which was en route from Korea to Singapore. Tanker will be checked once she arrives at Singapore.
