UPDATE: Vessel was refloated on 1 March. Crew restarted engine and she arrived at Pier 5 in Cebu City the same evening, under its own power. The starboard propeller and the hull suffered minor damages.
Vessel ran aground in the waters of the Danajon Bank in Talibon, Bohol while sailing from Surigao City to Cebu City. BRP Filipino Flojo and BRP Enrique Jurado were dispatched but were unable to come close to the ship because of low tide, so rescue operations finally started about 2 hours later.
